The High Roller Challenge is a group game we’ll play. We’ll use 2 dice made out of 4x4’s. The first dice is numbered 4-20, while the second has different bodyweight exercises. We’ll take turns rolling and doing the exercises together.
Dice 2: Sit-Ups, Push-Ups, Lunges, Squats, Jumping Jack, Up Downs
There are plenty of scale-back options if any of this is out of your comfort zone.
Our challenges are free; we are just a group of friends getting together for some outside fun. We always encourage you to invite a friend or neighbor to join in. This is for adults and kids old enough to follow directions. Check out our Facebook Group.
